Is this true? Many are saying that the HTC EVO 3D will allow users to uninstall carrier-loaded apps without rooting. Sprint’s HTC EVO 3D comes with all sorts of preinstalled app, which, universally known as bloatware, and it will be a good thing if this is not just a rumor.

On some Android devices you need root access to uninstall bloatwares but this potentially voids the warranty. But is said that it won’t be the case for the HTC EVO 3D, anymore, as you can uninstall just like you would do with a regular application you got from Android Market, including things like the Nascar or Blockbuster apps.  So far with the great success of the orginal EVO, new HTC EVO 3D Accessories and especially EVO 3D Cases have been showing up in stores everywhere, as well as online web sites.

HTC testing NMT metal & plastic bonding

HTC ais said to be testing NMT metal/plastic bonding for a thinner but tougher smartphone chassis. I guess this would be a perfect solution for their upcoming phones. I guess they should use it also on their HTC Inspire Accessories.

They will make use of the Nano Molding Method (NMT) that fuses the plastic against the etched metal, removing the need for various attachment latches or slots. This method is also perfect for creating HTC Inspire Accessories. I guess other companies should try this as well.

CMT’s chairman said that this NMT method will be ramped up to production as soon as July.

According to reports, HTC is now testing the NMT technology for a future phones, and i guess we’ll see HTC Inspire Cases also built using this method! Who would not want to have a cellphone that’s thin yet tough?

With Verzon Wireless’ top Android 4G device needing a update many people’s prayers will finally be answered. Although this is not official news from either HTC or Verizon it does look promising. Thunderbolt users can now expect to receive the update on June 30th. You will be experiencing mobile video chat with anyone with skype. Find great cell phone accessories for your HTC Thunderbolt. Along with this great Thunderbolt update Android will be updated to 2.3.4. The usual big carrier update will be much more than just the Android update. It will include the obvious Verizon bloatware. Some of the other included applications will include Gtalk Video, Amazon Appstore, and fixes for annoying reboots. No telling if this is actually truth or rumor. Were thinking its more truth than rumor however. Imagine being able to skype with anyone anywhere or Gtalk with them! Other updated features include Sense 2.1.

After the recent announcement from HTC that they will cancel the Gingerbread update for the original HTC Desire on Facebook. They have received a number of rants and complaints from HTC Desire users.

Well, at least they have listened and just yesterday they announced that they had changed their mind and they will release the Gingerbread update for the HTC Desire.

The main reason why they have cancelled the HTC Gingerbread update is the device’s memory, which is not enough to run Gingerbread and their HTC Sense UI. They have come up with a solution which will allow Gingerbread to be rolled out to the Desire, by cutting Selected Apps from Desire’s update.
